I am the first to admit I lack patience. But when it comes to something like building a website, I hang on, teeth and claw until it’s complete. See the smushed face? That’s my patience at the moment. For days now I have been trying to resolve an issue with my hosting service. I spent hours on my end – with only a smidge of tech skill – struggling to work the problem out myself.
I know, it’s my choice to be an indie author and all of the marketing and publishing falls to me. But sometimes I want to throw my hands up and scream.
I’m sure once all the wrinkles are wrangled I will laugh and shake my head, but right now, at 06:30 that day seems a long way off.
Apologies for the rant. It was either that or eat cake.
