I am the first to admit I lack patience. But when it comes to something like building a website, I hang on, teeth and claw until it’s complete. See the smushed face? That’s my patience at the moment. For days now I have been trying to resolve an issue with my hosting service. I spent hours on my end  – with only a smidge of tech skill – struggling to work the problem out myself. 

I know, it’s my choice to be an indie author and all of the marketing and publishing falls to me. But sometimes I want to throw my hands up and scream.

I’m sure once all the wrinkles are wrangled I will laugh and shake my head, but right now, at 06:30 that day seems a long way off. 

Apologies for the rant. It was either that or eat cake.

See the Picture. It’s dark, and the dark is great for night time and sleeping. See the bright, shiny light and the doorway? That’s my brain. Ooh! Look! What’s that? Why is it doing that? And that over there – I need to examine that more closely.

I could blame my cats, Magellan and Bosun wrestling on the end of my bed, but I’d be lying.
